Meet Dr. Sam Alkhoury
Dr. Alkhoury has been practicing since 1994 and continues to enjoy the opportunity to create beautiful smiles that his patients can’t wait to show off to their loved ones. Why He Became an Orthodontist
When Dr. Alkhoury was young, his 17-year-old sister needed to wear braces. As time went on, he got to see firsthand the positive changes that slowly transformed her smile, and at the end of the treatment he found that she had become much more talkative and outgoing. After seeing the difference orthodontics could make in someone’s life, he decided to learn more about the field so that he could help other people enjoy the same experience. After all these years, he is still completely satisfied with his decision.
Where He Studied Dentistry & Orthodontics
To begin his dental education, Dr. Alkhoury pursued a dental degree from Boston University. After graduating with honors, he moved on to a residency in Advanced Education at New York University that covered Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. He has been recognized by the American Academy of Orthodontists and has distinguished himself from many of his peers by staying updated on the latest dental advancements and pursuing education that lets him provide exceptional treatment. What He Likes to Do Outside of the Orthodontic Office
When Dr. Alkhoury isn’t at his orthodontic office, he loves spending time with his family and cheering on the Red Sox. He also enjoys traveling when he can find time away from work.
